Elite Connections is an exclusive membership community designed for verified elite athletes. Its core purpose centers around cultivating a confidential peer network where champions share insights that sharpen their edge in every arena.
Elite Connections is currently only accepting applications from professional and Olympic-level athletes. You must be competing at the highest level of your sport, have competed at that level within the past 5 years, or have had a significant career at the elite level. These are our minimum requirements.
We also evaluate your background, achievements, current endeavors, and potential contributions to the community. We favor athletes who demonstrate a commitment to excellence and who we believe will bring valuable insights to this exclusive network.
Anyone can apply through our application process. If you've been referred by a current Elite Connections member, please remember to mention their name, as your application will be prioritized.

Committee Review
Your application will be reviewed by our membership committee, and you'll hear back from us with an update within a few days.

Elite Connections is exclusively for verified elite athletes who compete or have competed at the highest levels of their sport. This includes Olympic athletes, professional league players (NBA, NFL, Premier League, etc.), world champions, and other comparable levels of achievement.
How are peer circles formed?
Peer circles are thoughtfully curated groups of 8-9 athletes with complementary experiences and interests. We consider factors such as career stage, sport type, and personal goals to create groups that offer both relevant insights and diverse perspectives.
How is confidentiality maintained?
All members sign a strict confidentiality agreement. Our digital platforms employ enterprise-grade security, and our facilitators are trained in confidentiality protocols. We have a zero-tolerance policy for breaches of trust within the community.
What is the time commitment?
Peer circles typically meet for 2 hours, 8-10 times per year. Beyond that, members can engage with the community as much or as little as they choose, though active participation tends to yield the greatest benefits.
How does the application process work?
The process begins with an application, followed by a personal interview with our membership team. Applications are then reviewed by our committee, with decisions typically communicated within a few days.
